Perovskite Hybrid Surface Plasmon Waveguide

چکیده
A novel perovskite hybrid surface plasmon waveguide structure is designed. Its physical model established, and its theoretical basis introduced in detail. Based on the finite element method, mode characteristics, quality factor, gain threshold of are analyzed with geometric parameters. The results show that optical field constraint can reach a good deep sub-wavelength level under optimal operating wavelength 1550 nm. By adjusting design parameters, high-quality low energy loss, limit, ultra-small effective area obtained. Compared proposed current research results, this has stronger limiting ability microcavity binding ability. provide technical support for development new efficient nanolaser devices application prospect.
